REGIONAL PROFILE

KRREA has proposed a major initiative entitled “Foundations of Our Economy” that will result in the development of a regional economic profile. This regional profile will create new profiles for communities and build upon existing community and First Nations profiles, as well as standardize economic profile information. We are awaiting funding confirmations.

May 2008 to January 2009
Phase I: Baseline assessment of the regional economy, integrated assets inventory and the development of a regional economic development strategy.

July 2008 to December 2008
