HOW TO BECOME A KRREA PARTNER
KRREA offers two Partnership levels:
- Full Partner
- Associate Partner
Interested businesses, communities, organizations, associations, agencies and/or individuals whose activities and interests are consistent with the purposes of KRREA must complete and submit a Partner Application Request. Partnership is conditional upon approval by the KRREA Board of Directors.
Partners commit to make an annual financial contribution to the organization; these annual partner contributions support core operational costs and initiatives.
Partner Rights & Privileges
Full Partner (Voting)
Partners maintaining their status as members in good standing have the right to:
- Attend meetings of the Society
- Receive all communications intended for Society Partners
- Be a member of the Board of Directors of the Society
- Vote on board motions and constitutional change of the Society at the AGM
- Chair a Board appointed committee or task group
- Serve on committees appointed by the Board of Directors, including Standing Committees
- Make representation at meetings of the Society
- Make representation to the Board of Directors on issues related to the Society
- Subject to the provisions of Part 3 of the Constitution and Bylaws, petition the Board of Directors for a general meeting of the Society
- Inspect the Partner list and records of the Society as provided for in Part 4 of the Constitution and Bylaws.
Associate Partner (Non-Voting)
Partners maintaining their status as members in good standing have the right to:
- Attend meetings of the Society
- Receive all communications intended for Society Partners
- Make representation at meetings of the Society
- Serve on committees appointed by the Board of Directors, excluding Standing Committees.

Business/Private Sector Company
| More than 200 employees | $ 2,000 per annum |
| Between 50 and 199 employees | $ 1,000 per annum |
| Less than 50 employees | $ 500 per annum |
Municipalities and Regional Districts
| The annual contribution is based on 50% of the total number of folios and 50% of total population multiplied by an average rate factor of $0.89. This calculation method takes into account a region’s or municipality’s permanent and seasonal base.
